We are seeking a part-time In-Home Behavioral Therapist in Lynn, MA, offering competitive pay of $20-$25 per hour based on experience. The position requires working with a client Monday-Thursday from 3:30pm-5:30pm, totaling 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as per the treatment plan.
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor on ABA therapy principles.
  • Respond to the needs of clients and their families.

    • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or pursuing a related degree.
  • Preferred experience in ABA therapy or with special needs children.
  • Must pass a CORI background check and have reliable transportation.
  • Active RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour training course required.
