We are seeking a Full-time and PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a long-term care and post-acute care facility known for exceptional service and employee satisfaction.

Position Summary:
The SLP will provide direct speech therapy to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in speech therapy from an accredited program
ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
Active state license in good standing
Preferred: 1 year of experience in post-acute care
CPR certification required
Essential Functions:
Establish and modify patient goals
Chart and utilize therapy software accurately
Exhibit excellent customer service
Participate in community health projects
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
