Join our team as a hospitality-focused LPN, providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising CNAs and OMTs. Shifts available are 2:00pm-10:00pm and 10:00pm-6:00am.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and promoting independence.
Identifying medical and behavioral changes, developing care plans, and monitoring resident conditions.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing on community and resident needs.
Delivering nursing care per physician’s orders and established standards.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current LPN license in Iowa and CPR certification.
Preferred: 2 years of long-term care experience and IV Therapy certification.
