The RN – Team Coordinator is responsible for overseeing patient care and directing nursing staff to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. This role requires autonomous practice within professional standards and compliance with nursing regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading collaborative nursing practices and ensuring quality care through data analysis and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Mentoring staff, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts within the unit.
  • Conducting educational programs and participating in Shared Governance to enhance patient care.
  • Maintaining knowledge of evidence-based practices and serving as a clinical resource.

    • Requirements include a college degree (BSN preferred), a valid RN license, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing education are essential.
