We are seeking a Full-time Practice Manager to lead physician practices, focusing on finance, human resources, strategic planning, and clinical oversight. The role involves managing a diverse team, including RNs and LPNs, while fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and compliance.
• Manage strategic planning and marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards.
• Supervise nursing staff and address patient care issues.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
• 5 years of healthcare experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred LPN or RN license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
