Job Description

An experienced and reliable home care Physical Therapist is needed for home visits in NYC. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating home environments and assessing patients’ therapeutic needs.
• Directing treatment and instructing patients and caregivers on therapeutic appliances.
• Reporting patient progress to physicians and participating in discharge planning.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and providing in-service education.

Requirements include a degree in physical therapy, state licensure, two years of experience (preferably in home health), and current CPR certification. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
