As an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) for the At Home concierge house calls team, you will provide at-home medical visits to patients under the supervision of an attending Physician. This role focuses on delivering urgent and emergent care to both adult and pediatric patients, reducing the need for emergency department visits. Responsibilities include formulating treatment plans, performing medical evaluations, conducting Covid-related house calls, and documenting care in electronic health records. Candidates should have a relevant degree, state license, and preferred experience in emergency or urgent care settings. Compensation ranges from $85-$93 per hour.
