LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. As part of a dedicated team, you will build long-lasting relationships with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ health status.
• Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinate care with community providers.
• Support resident independence while meeting service demands.
• Prevent and report elder abuse and neglect.
• Respond to emergencies appropriately.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
