Certified Occupational Therapy (OT)

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time and PRN Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) for Century Villa in Greentown, IN. The OT will be responsible for overseeing occupational therapy care provided by COTAs, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.

• Supervise and delegate treatment plans to COTAs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in clinical program development and quality improvement activities.
• Directly supervise COTA staff and indirectly supervise other therapy staff.
• Must have an accredited OT education and relevant licensure.
