Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Homehealth LPN to provide patient care in an ambulatory home setting, collaborating with Care Managers and Medical Providers. This role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

• Work Schedule: Days
• Qualifications: New graduate or experienced LPN from an accredited program, High School Diploma or GED, Licensed Practical Nurse-NM, BLS Certification required at hire.
