We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for multiple facilities in East Brunswick, NJ, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care. The OT will provide high-level resident care, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and manage resources effectively.
Essential Duties:
Direct and evaluate resident rehabilitation care, ensuring compliance with standards.
Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with staff.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Travel to other facilities as needed.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active OT license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
