Join a community dedicated to improving mental healthcare as a Clinical Supervisor at the Victorville High Desert Crisis Walk-In Center. This role offers a starting salary of $105,000 per year, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff providing mental health services to clients and families.
• Maintain a caseload while ensuring compliance with BBS standards.
• Act as a liaison with external agencies and participate in clinical program planning.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Four years of direct service experience with the mentally ill.
• BBS licensed (MFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) with supervisory experience preferred.
