Licensed Occupational Therapist – $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Job Description

We are seeking passionate Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team, focusing on children and adolescents. This role includes providing therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions with a strengths-based approach. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health.
• Ability to pass DHS Background check.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License preferred.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment as per doctor’s orders.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians.

Compensation:

• Annual salary: $70,000 – $81,000.
• $5,000 hiring bonus and up to $9,600 in annual incentives.

Locations: Maple Grove, St Cloud, Coon Rapids, Eagan (temporary), Richfield (temporary).
