Job Description

Job Summary: This nursing position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in line with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse is accountable for the quality of care provided and must utilize specialized knowledge and skills to meet the needs of patients of various ages.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and other certifications preferred.

Physical Demands: The role requires physical agility, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective communication skills.

Essential Functions: Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation of care, evaluation of patient progress, and documentation of all nursing activities. The nurse will also engage in education and mentoring, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and participate in research activities.

Schedule: Full Time, 12-hour shifts
