Job Summary: Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for physician-referred patients, focusing on pelvic health and orthopedics. Participate in quality improvement and program development activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in IL; CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; pelvic health experience preferred
• Supervised one full-time physical therapy student

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care and maintain accurate records
• Assist in staff training and development
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Engage in educational activities and supervise students
