CNA (Certified Nursing Aide)

Job Description

Job Summary: The position involves providing routine daily nursing care to assigned residents according to their care plans and under supervisor direction.

Salary: $19.00 – $25.00/hr DOE

Schedule: TBD 3×12, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Essential Duties:

• Identify residents accurately before care.
• Record and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Participate in nursing reports and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various physical tasks.

Work Environment: Typically low to moderate noise levels.
