Join our award-winning team as a Physical Therapist (PT) at a recognized nursing home dedicated to quality senior care. We offer flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN) and welcome new graduates.

Position Summary: The PT provides direct rehabilitation care based on physician referrals, adhering to all regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
  • Active state license in good standing
  • Preferred one year of post-acute care experience
  • CPR certification required

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans and set measurable goals
  • Oversee care provided by PTAs and students
  • Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork
