Job Description

A nonprofit community health care organization seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Resource to provide nursing care in hospice settings. This role involves patient assessments, case management, and care plan updates, ensuring patient and family satisfaction. The position requires a collaborative approach within an interdisciplinary team and includes responsibilities like patient visits, pain management, and education.

Qualifications:

• ADN or BSN required
• Current RN license
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Work hours include day shifts, weekend and holiday rotations, with on-call duties. A $6000 bonus is available.
