Location: Worcester, MA Lincoln Street Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, at least 40 hours.
Pay Rate: $65,000-$67,200 (Masters), $69,400-$73,800 (LADC-1), $77,100-$88,100 (LMHC/LICSW), based on licensure and experience, with potential productivity bonuses.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in a relevant field required
One year of supervised counseling experience required
LICSW or LMHC preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide individual clinical services and case management for clients with mental health and substance abuse needs
Facilitate group treatment using established curriculum
Refer clients to community services as needed
Maintain clinical skills and attend required meetings and training
