Job Description
> REF:#b484d7334554b6fcOverview: Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support services, including assessments, program planning, and clinical services for consumers, particularly children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions and monitor progress.
- Educate and support families in behavioral strategies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records and engage with community resources to enhance client integration.
Qualifications: Doctoral or Masters Degree in Psychology or related field, BCBA certification, and reliable transportation required.
Salary: $48.00 – $53.00 per hour.
