You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, using a coaching model to partner with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP)
- Provide direct services and monitor developmental progress
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Current MA Occupational Therapist license (CF welcome)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
