Occupational Therapist – Early Intervention

Job Description

Join a rewarding opportunity as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (OT) working with children from birth to 3 years and their families. You will provide home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays, using a coaching model to partner with parents and caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP)
• Provide direct services and monitor developmental progress
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Current MA Occupational Therapist license (CF welcome)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
