Job Description

Position: Nurse Resident – Full Time (36 hours/week) with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Summary: The Newly Licensed Registered Nurse (NLRN) provides comprehensive nursing care focusing on patient wellness and safety across various domains. This role is for nurses in their first year of practice, transitioning to Staff Registered Nurse after one year. NLRNs cannot cover shifts or breaks until orientation is complete.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma, Associate, or BSN).
• Must pass state board examination and maintain CPR certification.
• Enrollment in a BSN program required for certain graduates within 12 months.
