Job Description

Overview: Join a dedicated pharmacy team focused on exceptional service for hospitals and specialized care centers. We are seeking individuals passionate about service excellence and quality care.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness.
• Maintain patient databases with medical history and medication data.
• Ensure necessary laboratory tests are ordered and discussed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for clinical support.
• Document communications in medical records.
• Implement drug safety policies and maintain documentation.
• Report medication-related errors to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist staff with drug procurement and administration procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D preferred.
• One year of long-term care experience.
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
