Job Description

We are seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) for part-time mid-day coverage in Westfield, Massachusetts. The role involves assisting the Resident Care Director in managing a comprehensive care program for seniors, training Resident Care Associates, and liaising with families and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Valid MA nursing license (LPN or RN)
• 1+ years of experience with elderly or Alzheimer’s populations
• Strong communication skills and reliability
