Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The LPN will administer medications, document patient progress, perform vital signs and lab tests, and assist in health education for patients and families.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an approved LPN program.
  • Preferred one or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
