We are seeking a Russian-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice and palliative care team in Greater Boston and Metrowest. This full-time position requires travel to patients’ homes and offers a $2000 sign-on bonus. CNAs will provide essential care, including assistance with daily hygiene and nutritional support, as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily hygiene, ambulation, and other activities as directed by the hospice nurse.

    • Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with weekend availability required.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 75 hours of clinical study and 16 hours of supervised training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
