Salary: $85,000/year | Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Position Type: Full-Time Exempt
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible)
Join a dedicated team as an MDS Coordinator, where you will oversee resident assessments and care planning, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance resident care and optimize reimbursements. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of MDS experience, a current RN license in Wisconsin, and strong organizational skills.
