Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Lawrenceville clinic. The ideal candidate will develop and implement customized treatment plans, train staff in Positive Behavior Support, and conduct behavioral assessments. Responsibilities include providing direct behavioral treatment, monitoring challenging behaviors, and participating in relevant committees. Candidates must possess a Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field, along with BCBA certification. Strong communication and reasoning skills are essential. Salary range is $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
