Job Description

Join a caring team in Deming, New Mexico, as a Surgical Tech, where you will provide essential support in surgical procedures under the guidance of a licensed nurse. Responsibilities include scrubbing for surgeries, managing sterile processing, organizing supplies, and setting up equipment. This role requires availability for “on call” hours to ensure 24/7 patient care.

Eligible candidates can receive a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 based on commitment length, plus relocation assistance of up to $5,000 for moves over 50 miles.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a surgical tech educational program preferred.
• One year of surgical tech experience required; two years preferred.
• BLS Certification required upon hire.
• NBSTSA or equivalent preferred.
