Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Potential to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% based on location.
• Independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and the ability to supplement income.
• Responsibilities include medication and medical history reviews, and physical evaluations in members’ homes.
• Malpractice coverage and travel support may be provided.
• Must have a Master’s degree and state license; Alabama NP license preferred.
