Staff Nurse – Float Pool

Job Description

Position Summary: A full-time Staff Registered Nurse is needed for the Float Pool at Skagit Valley Hospital, working night shifts. The role offers a base wage of $40.54 to $73.92 per hour and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and document health status.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and perform direct patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State RN License required.
• Minimum of two years’ acute care nursing experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; BLS certification required.
