Job Description

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the specific age group of the assigned unit, ensuring quality and safe care in line with unit standards. The role emphasizes effective work habits, clinical practice, and respectful treatment of all individuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Certifications/Licenses: Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire; other certifications within 6 months.
• Skills: Knowledge of patient care appropriate to age/type, sensitivity to patient rights, and clear communication.
