Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for treating patients of all ages with physical injuries or developmental deficits through tailored physical exercises and therapies. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering patient care and special procedures.
• Coordinating PT services and teaching rehabilitation skills to clients and caregivers.
• Developing and revising individualized care plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Applying treatments using physical agents and documenting care accurately.
• Participating in quality management programs and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Oklahoma PT license and BLS certification.
• Five years of full-time PT experience; supervisory experience preferred.
