The Registered Nurse III (RN III) in Surgical Services is responsible for executing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation, while ensuring quality communication and teamwork. Key duties include directing patient education, coordinating safety initiatives, and fulfilling professional nursing standards. Candidates must hold a BSN (MSN preferred) and have at least 5616 hours of RN experience. Required certifications include an RN license and BLS certification.
