Job Description

Seeking a Per Diem RN Hospice to provide compassionate care at Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care in Corvallis, Oregon. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient and family needs and coordinating care.
• Providing nursing care and counseling on symptom control and nutrition.
• Supporting families during end-of-life processes.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications include a current Oregon RN license, experience in hospice or related fields, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for shifts is required, with an average of two shifts per week. Background checks and health screenings are mandatory.
