Job Summary:
Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and delivering quality nursing care to a designated group of patients. The role includes supervising LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other staff, and may involve functioning as a charge nurse. Care is provided to various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
  • Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Provide education to patients and families, and mentor new staff.
  • Ensure effective communication and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Adhere to safety practices and regulatory standards.

    • Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. BLS certification and a valid RN license required.
