Position: Director of Behavioral Health
Location: Michigan City, IN
Role Overview: Seeking a Nurse Director to lead a 14-bed Adult Inpatient Program at Franciscan Health Michigan City Hospital. This strategic role involves collaboration with hospital leadership and a focus on exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Referral development
  • Compliance implementation and enforcement
  • Resource establishment for program effectiveness
  • Personnel management
  • Program analysis and evaluation

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) preferred; BSN required
  • 3+ years of experience in leading inpatient behavioral health programs
  • Knowledge of State, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards
  • Ability to operate under contract management arrangements
