We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include:
Delivering therapy using various techniques while respecting patient dignity and privacy.
Motivating patients to engage in their treatment plans.
Participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to assess patient needs and care plans.
Documenting patient progress accurately and timely to support treatment plans.
Utilizing computer systems effectively for documentation and communication.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
Valid state license and at least one year of clinical experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with internet and email.
