Job Description

Position Summary: A full-time Staff Registered Nurse is needed for the Medical Pediatric Care department at Skagit Valley Hospital, working night shifts. The role involves delivering patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient health status and medical history.
• Plan and implement nursing actions based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and IVs, ensuring patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Participate in patient education and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State RN License required.
• Minimum two years of acute care and pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification and ECG class completion within the first year.

Compensation: Base wage ranges from $40.54 to $73.92 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.
