Join a leading multi-disciplinary rehabilitation organization in North Carolina as a BCBA Assessor, responsible for conducting skill and behavior assessments to develop individualized treatment programs for children aged birth to 18.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification (or obtain within 30 days)
3 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and clinical assessments using ABA tools
Develop and update ABA programs based on data analysis
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans
Provide clinical guidance to multidisciplinary teams
