Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN positions during AM and PM 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a valid Practical Nurse Licensure and at least one year of experience, preferably in behavioral health. Required certifications include Basic Life Support and non-violent crisis intervention, which can be provided at the company’s cost.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and documenting patient care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Reporting and recording patient conditions accurately.
• Preparing clinical notes and participating in case conferences.
• Facilitating psych-education groups and conducting health screenings for new admissions.
• Implementing physician orders and developing care plans.
