We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-level care in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care settings. The OT will work across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel, and will be a key member of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective and efficient treatment while managing resources.
Essential Duties:
Direct and provide rehabilitation care in compliance with standards.
Evaluate resident needs and create treatment plans.
Coordinate treatment supervision with staff and disciplines.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
