Join our team as a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with per diem opportunities offering up to $44/hr. Your primary role will be to provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment, fostering community and building lasting relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document residents’ health status.
  • Report significant changes to appropriate personnel.
  • Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants.
  • Coordinate care with community providers.
  • Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

    • Requirements:

  • Current LPN license and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
