We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our long-term and post-acute care facility known for exceptional customer service and high employee morale.

Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist will provide direct rehab care based on physician referrals, adhering to all applicable laws and standards.
Requirements:
NBCOT certification and state licensure
Graduate of an accredited OT program
Preferred one year of post-acute care experience
Current CPR certification
Essential Functions:
Implement treatment plans and set measurable goals
Oversee care provided by support staff
Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork
