Job Summary: The Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) provides essential care for residents with various medical needs, including therapeutic, neuro, dementia, and wound care. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering nursing care per established policies and ensuring resident safety.
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility as per Care Plans.
  • Collaborating with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintaining supportive interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, active LNA certification required. Pay ranges from $21 to $28 per hour, with full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available across various shifts. Work is conducted in a long-term care nursing home setting.
