Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to connect one-on-one with patients and help them improve their health.

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Earn between $3,000 to $5,000 weekly, with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment.
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no nights or weekends required.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling options.
• Malpractice coverage and potential travel reimbursements available.
• State license required; paid collaborative physician roles in certain states.
