Job Description

Ivory Plains Recovery Center is seeking Mental Health RNs to join their team in Adair, Iowa, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 annual tuition assistance. Positions feature 12-hour shifts (11am-11pm or 7pm-7am) with a base pay of $34-40 per hour, shift differentials, and full benefits after 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate client care, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and monitor client status, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and provide education to clients and families.
• Complete admission and discharge processes efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid RN license.
• Preferred experience in behavioral health or addiction recovery.
