Key duties involve effective communication, teamwork, and leadership, as well as patient education and quality initiatives. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and a minimum of 1,872 hours of RN experience (936 with a BSN). Required certifications include a valid RN license and BLS certification.
