Job Description

The Medical Laboratory Technician II (MLT II) performs moderate to high complexity testing to assist in disease diagnosis and treatment, under the guidance of a qualified Medical Technologist. Responsibilities include direct patient contact for procedures like phlebotomy and troubleshooting laboratory instruments. The MLT II may also train students and new employees, support performance improvement programs, and maintain high-quality work standards.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or military medical laboratory training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification preferred but not required.
