Nurse Practitioner – PACE

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time PACE Nurse Practitioner in Springfield, MO, to provide comprehensive primary care to elderly patients both in their homes and in the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in nursing, at least two years of experience, and a Missouri State Advance Practice Nurse License. Responsibilities include taking medical histories, performing examinations, managing chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and educating patients.
